2018 Finance/Cost Savings Presentations

This year TCAA is doing an all call for a podium presentation on a cost savings mechanism, to be delivered during the Annual Meeting. This presentation will showcase a successful initiative or alternative option to saving money in your program. The following are examples, but the sky is the limit:

How were you able to increase your staff by utilization of college interns?
How were you able to decrease resources wastage on trauma patients?
How you able to provide different programs by utilizing grants?
How were you able to increase your staff of injury prevention professionals through grant funding?
Educational models/courses that don't break the bank
Purchasing equipment/resources at discounted rates
